Welcome to WorkNest. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our website (www.worknest.space), coworking facilities, and all related services, including dedicated desks, hot desks, private cabins, meeting rooms, and virtual office services (collectively, the Services).
By booking a tour, purchasing a plan, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About WorkNest
WorkNest is a premium coworking space located at E-3, 6D Engineers Colony, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020. We provide flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, virtual office services, and business amenities for freelancers, startups, and businesses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services. If you use our Services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that company.
3. Memberships, Bookings, and Plans
- All bookings, hourly, daily, monthly, or annual, must be made in advance through our official channels: our website, phone, WhatsApp, or front desk.
- A membership or booking is confirmed only after full payment and the applicable security deposit, where required, is received.
- Plans are personal to the member or company named on the agreement and cannot be transferred, sublet, or resold without our written approval.
- Pricing is subject to change based on availability, seat type, and duration. Confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed price for their term.
- Upgrades, downgrades, or seat changes are subject to availability and require advance notice as per your plan terms.
4. Payments and Deposits
- Payment must be completed before the start of the service period.
- A refundable security deposit applies to most plans. The exact amount is confirmed before signup. The deposit is refunded at the end of your membership, subject to clearance of dues and deduction for any damages.
- Late payments or defaults may result in suspension of access and services without refund, until dues are cleared.
- All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per Indian law.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Access and Operating Hours
- Standard operating hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- 24/7 access is available only for Dedicated Desk and Private Cabin members, as per their plan.
- Access cards, keys, or codes issued to you are for your use only and must not be shared. Lost access cards may attract a replacement charge.
- Visitors and guests must register at the reception and remain the responsibility of the hosting member.
6. Use of the Workspace
- Workspaces must be used only for lawful, professional, and ethical business activities.
- Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden anywhere on the premises.
- Members must maintain reasonable noise levels and avoid disturbing other coworkers. Calls should be taken in designated areas or meeting rooms where possible.
- Shared areas, pantry, and meeting rooms must be left clean and ready for the next user.
- No structural changes, wall fixtures, or alterations may be made without written permission. Approved branding is permitted only within private cabins as agreed in your plan.
7. Internet and IT Usage
- High-speed WiFi is provided for professional use.
- Spamming, hacking, illegal downloads, copyright infringement, or any unlawful online activity is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from your misuse of our internet or IT services.
- We may monitor network usage at an aggregate level to maintain service quality and security.
8. Meeting Rooms
- Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour or day, with or without a membership, subject to availability.
- Bookings begin and end at the scheduled time. Overuse may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and advance notice, as detailed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
9. Virtual Office Services
- Virtual office members may use the WorkNest address for business correspondence, GST registration, and company incorporation, subject to submission of valid KYC and compliance documents.
- Mail and couriers are received at reception and forwarded or notified as per your plan.
- The address may not be used for any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to terminate virtual office services immediately if misuse is discovered, and to report such misuse to authorities where required.
10. Safety, Security, and Personal Belongings
- The premises are monitored by CCTV for the safety of all members and visitors.
- You are responsible for the safety of your personal belongings, devices, and valuables. WorkNest is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of personal property.
- Members must follow all fire safety and emergency instructions issued by our staff.
11. Community Conduct
- Members are expected to treat staff, fellow members, and guests with respect and professionalism.
- Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or repeated disruption will not be tolerated.
- WorkNest reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any member whose conduct violates these Terms or harms the community, without refund of unused fees.
12. Liability and Disclaimer
- WorkNest provides its Services on an as is and as available basis.
- While we strive for uninterrupted service, occasional disruptions may occur due to power outages, internet downtime, maintenance, or events beyond our control. Such disruptions do not entitle members to refunds or compensation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits, arising from the use of our Services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the one month preceding the claim.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of WorkNest. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.
14. Communication Consent
By sharing your phone number or contacting us on WhatsApp, you consent to receive service-related messages, confirmations, and promotional updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
15. Termination
- Either party may end a membership as per the notice period defined in the applicable plan or agreement.
- WorkNest may suspend or terminate Services immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity.
- On termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared, access cards returned, and personal belongings removed. The security deposit is settled as per Section 4 and our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
